The European Collection: Ambiance Of The Old Country, Beautifully New

The European Collection was heavily influenced by travel to Great Britain, specifically the northwestern coast of England. Three series of plans borrow their charm from the U.K., and the fourth has the flair of a Western European-inspired hotel in southern California. Homes in the same series share a common floorplan, but various elevations and different materials create new, interesting exteriors. All of the plans also present numerous flex options.

	Del Coronado Series Of Homes 2 or 3 bedrooms; 2.5 or 3.5 baths Nicknamed the Hotel Del, the famous San Diego landmark has hosted some of the most glamorous individuals spanning many eras. These plans capture its easy elegance.
	St. Annes Series Of Homes 2 or 3 bedrooms; 2.5 or 3.5 baths Walking into these homes gives credence to the idea that fine living has little or nothing to do with size. All of the elements of a manor are on display in a much smaller space.
