The Santa Cruz I: The Coastal Traditional Collection

Like its namesake California beach town, the Santa Cruz is the epitome of easy living. The town was discovered in 1769 by a Spanish explorer and the house acknowledges the coastal European influences- most notably in the L-shaped portico that wraps the inviting porch and garage entry. Inside, the character continues, with an octagonal foyer that leads to the open floor plan of the public spaces and a contained, adjacent clubroom. A huge master suite makes up the balance of the first floor, while the upstairs provides an ideal private retreat for children or guests, with an optional bonus room over the garage. 3 bedrooms; 2.5-3.5 baths.
