Celebrating Women In Construction

This week is a special week as Women in Construction Week celebrates the advancement and contributions of women working in the male-dominated construction industry. As a second-generation and newly female-owned residential construction business, Kent Homes is proud of the leadership and work that Ashley Kent has brought to the company, the community, and the industry. She worked her way up starting in Warranty, then as a Production Manager, New Home Consultant, VP of Sales and Marketing, and now President & Owner, which allows her to be well-versed in daily operations in each department regarding their challenges and achievements. And for 2022, Ashley was elected to the Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association Officers and Directors Board as she is fast becoming a voice for women in the local industry.
