 GuildQuality’s 2016 Guildmaster Award Honors Kent Homes

Kent Homes in Wilmington, NC, has received the 2016 Guildmaster Award with Highest Distinction for showing a continued commitment to service excellence. GuildQuality, a third-party customer satisfaction surveying company based in Atlanta, has powered the Guildmaster Award since 2005 to celebrate service excellence among home builders, remodelers, and contractors.

Kent Homes was one of only 50 new home builders across North America and one of three in North Carolina recognized by GuildQuality for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

GuildQuality reviewed thousands of survey responses submitted by customers of Guildmaster candidates. In determining the companies who were recognized with this honor, GuildQuality considers two primary metrics: the percentage of customers who would recommend your business and the percentage of customers who responded. Kent Homes has achieved an overall recommendation rate of 98% from their customers, who were surveyed through GuildQuality.
