Recap of the 1st Annual Brunswick County Builder-Realtor Expo

This month, the Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association welcomed a fantastic new event—the 1st Annual Brunswick County Builder-Realtor Expo! The expo, held at the Odell Williamson Auditorium, brought together local builders, Realtors, and industry professionals, making it the largest gathering of its kind in the region.

The event showcased the talents and services of new home builders from the Brunswick County area, giving attendees an exclusive look at the latest designs, trends, and innovations in home construction. Whether you were a seasoned Realtor looking to connect with local builders or new to the business and eager to learn more about the area’s offerings, there was something for everyone.

A Huge Success!
The turnout exceeded expectations, with over 100 visitors streaming through the doors to explore the various booths and presentations. Attendees enjoyed chatting with builders and local businesses while sampling some delicious food and participating in exciting giveaways throughout the day. The lively atmosphere made it a fun and valuable event for all involved, with new connections and partnerships forming.

Highlights:
•Builder Showcases:  Attendees were treated to displays from some of the top home builders in the region, including Kent Homes, which showcased its commitment to customer service and quality in homebuilding.
•Networking Opportunities:  The expo provided an excellent platform for local Realtors and builders to connect, share ideas, and form partnerships that will drive the future of Brunswick County’s booming housing market.
•Fantastic Giveaways:  Many exhibitors held drawings and giveaways, with prizes ranging from gift baskets to exclusive incentives on home building services.
•Great Food & Company:  No event is complete without good food! And no morning event is complete without mimosas and bagels! Middle of the Island catered a perfectly paired brunch spread to keep us fueled throughout the day.

Looking Ahead
