The holiday season is here, and Kent Homes is spreading cheer with our 2nd Annual Holiday Decorating Contest! Whether your home sparkles with twinkling lights, glows with a cozy interior design, or stands out with festive curb appeal, we want to see how you're celebrating the season.

This exciting contest is open to all Kent Homeowners, so it’s time to let your creativity shine!

How to Enter
• Snap a Photo: Capture the magic of your decorated home—inside, outside, or both!
• Submit Your Entry: Email your photo(s) to kristin@kenthomes.net by December 20th.
• Show Off Your Style: All submitted photos will be posted on the Kent Homes Facebook page, where our followers will vote for the winner.

Voting and Prizes
• Voting Begins: Once your photo is up, rally your friends, family, and neighbors to “like” your picture on our Facebook page.
• Winner Announced: The photo with the most votes will be crowned the winner on December 27th.
• The Prize: A $250 Visa gift card to celebrate your win in style!
This is a wonderful way to come together as a community and share the holiday spirit. Plus, you’ll get to enjoy the creativity of your fellow Kent Homeowners as they showcase their decorating talents.
