Women in Leadership: Kent Homes Celebrates Two Recent WILMA Graduates

At Kent Homes, we take immense pride in fostering a culture that champions women in leadership. Today, we are thrilled to celebrate two remarkable members of our team, Alina Aviles and Erin Boykin, for their successful completion of the WILMA Leadership Institute!



The WILMA Leadership Institute is a cornerstone of WILMA’s Women to Watch Leadership Initiative, which is dedicated to developing more women leaders in the Wilmington area. The eight-month program is designed to empower women and equip them with the skills and connections to excel in their professional and personal lives.



Alina and Erin’s dedication to their growth and their commitment to leadership excellence exemplify the core values of Kent Homes. Their participation in this program not only reflects their individual aspirations but also aligns with our mission to promote and support women in business.
